1987

Creation of the company Brasflon in Diadema/SP, with a focus on manufacturing sintered PTFE parts. Initial volume: 150kg/month

1991

Creation of the company Brasfita, with a focus on manufacturing thread sealing tapes to serve large customers in the construction market

1992

Merger with the company Brasflon and Tecnoflon (forming Tecnoflon-Brasflon)

1993

Tecnoflon-Brasflon company moves to the Ipiranga neighborhood in São Paulo

1994

Start of the Total Quality System, with new tools applied mainly with a focus on the Automotive market

1995

Installation of a molding press for plates up to 1,000mm x 1,000mm

1997

Significant increase in the CNC machine park

1998

Return of the company Tecnoflon-Brasflon to Diadema/SP, bringing the group’s operations closer

1999

The companies’ operations already exceed 10 tons/month of processed material

2000

Tecnoflon-Brasflon achieves ISO 9001:2000 certification, strengthening customer relationships

2007

Development of desalination bushings, which significantly increase the useful life of the operation (Oil and Gas market)

2011

Brasfita also achieves ISO 9001:2008 certification, strengthening the focus on Quality of operations

2012

Advancement in export markets and developments of new sources of materials around the world

2015

Increased capacity of sintering furnaces mainly aligned with the new process for manufacturing 1,000mm wide films

2018

Creation of the company Tecnoflon-Brasfita, from the merger of the companies Tecnoflon-Brasflon with the company Brasfita

2024

Restyling project for the Tecnoflon and Brasfita brands.
